In each programs we incorporate all of the arts.

Cuisine and its presentation is as important today as it was two hundred years ago. We regard this as an art form and research local cuisine so that it enhances the topic we are exploring.

Often we include special table settings to add to the mood, and use mealtimes as an opportunity to add dance and music to the program. Fashion is another important aspect of art and we research areas of a city, off the tourist map, where young fashion designers, jewelry makers or even accessory designers can be found and allow participants free time to shop.

Everything that touches the fabric of life is considered as art. The bead seller selling her wares on the street is as important as the most upscale fashion house situated in a showroom designed by a cutting edge architect.

To us the smallest thing and the greatest thing are part of the whole.
